Part Time RN Supervisor

Job Summary
Ensure proper medical management of each resident and make daily visits to evaluate their physical and emotional status. Act as a liaison between physicians, hospitals, family members, and other medical personnel to ensure the resident plan of care is followed. Supervise other nursing service personnel, verify that medication passes and scheduled treatments are administered as ordered, and direct day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current rules and guidelines. Take on the role of a team leader to think independently and work collaboratively for the good of the resident. This part-time Wednesday shift (7am-7pm) requires a current RN license and demonstrated supervisory experience in a long-term care setting. Meadow View Nursing Center offers a supportive, team-based environment focused on personalized services and positive outcomes for geriatric patients.
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate working with geriatric patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements
- Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems
- Must be available for Wednesday, 12 hr shift 7am-7pm
- Must not work weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Nursing experience in a long term care or skilled nursing facility setting
