Job Summary
Part-time Registered Nurse will train field staff during new hire orientation, identify and close training gaps, conduct caregiver skills assessments and health screenings during orientation, ensure training programs meet compliance standards, supervise field visits for compliance, conduct nurse visits/assessments to determine care needs, develop and sign-off on client Care Plans, and participate in marketing meetings with key referral sources. Requires current SC RN license, dementia care experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN Registration in State of South Carolina
- Three years of related work experience strongly preferred
- Dementia training or experience required
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
