Job Summary
Care for long-term care residents across Fairview Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, and Memory Care units under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Perform nursing care methods and procedures while managing emergency situations and adhering to health and safety guidelines. Utilize Point Click Care for data entry and maintain resident confidentiality. This part-time role requires a licensed RN or LPN with proven experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle stress during Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday shifts from 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of RN or LPN license program
- Proven experience as an RN or LPN (or a similar role)
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Good knowledge of Point Click Care office and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, compassionate, and able to handle stress
