Part-Time Retail Warehouse Specialist

CHS Inc., the largest cooperative in the U.S., is looking for a part-time Retail Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Poulsbo, WA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing essential warehouse operations, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, accurately tracking and organizing all documentation, and supporting inventory management with first-in-first-out rotation. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, moving pallets, palletizing, picking orders, completing documentation, operating equipment (end loader, forklift, skid loader), conducting pre-load inspections, and enforcing safety rules. Minimum Qualifications include knowledge of Supply Chain/Warehouse Operations, ability to meet minimum age requirements, forklift certification or ability to obtain, math for order counts/inventory, and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons. High School diploma or GED preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus. Pre-employment screening may be required.
