Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions regarding product features, benefits, and availability; engage with shoppers to understand needs and demonstrate merchandise. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety while retrieving and stocking items. Perform all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program connections. Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow. Work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends.
