Part Time Retail Security Officer

Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity while controlling access points and managing pedestrian/vehicle traffic. Identify and report suspicious activity, respond to alarms and emergencies, and monitor CCTV cameras and security systems. Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation while inspecting property for safety risks such as fire hazards. Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally, providing directions and maintaining a visible, approachable presence on-site. Follow all post orders, company policies, and safety procedures, including emergency response protocols and loss prevention recommendations. This part-time role at Staten Island Mall requires a State Guard license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
