Job Summary
Conduct security patrols and monitor CCTV to identify suspicious activity, manage access points, and respond to alarms or emergencies. Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and documentation while inspecting property for safety risks like fire hazards. Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally, maintaining a visible presence to support loss prevention and recommend safety improvements. Follow all post orders, emergency protocols, and company policies strictly. Requires a State Guard license, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay alert in a fast-paced environment. Duties may vary based on site needs.
