Job Summary
Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity, control access points, and manage pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents while monitoring CCTV cameras and security systems. Identify and report suspicious activity, complete daily activity logs, and inspect property for safety risks such as fire hazards. Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner to maintain a safe environment. This part-time role at Staten Island Mall requires a State Guard license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with flexible scheduling.
