Job Summary
Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity, control access points, and manage pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Identify and report suspicious activity, respond to alarms and emergencies, and monitor CCTV cameras while completing daily activity logs and incident reports. Follow all post orders, safety procedures, and emergency protocols, inspecting property for risks such as fire hazards. Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Requires a State Guard license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting at Staten Island Mall.
