Job Summary
Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity, control access points, and manage pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Identify and report suspicious activity, respond to alarms and emergencies, and monitor CCTV cameras while completing daily activity logs and incident reports. Follow all post orders, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols to inspect property for hazards and support loss prevention efforts. Greet and assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. This part-time role at Staten Island Mall requires a State Guard license and offers weekly pay with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
