Job Summary
Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity, control access points, and manage pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Identify and report suspicious activity, respond to alarms and emergencies, and monitor CCTV cameras while completing daily activity logs and incident reports. Follow post orders and safety procedures, inspect property for hazards, and greet customers with a professional, approachable presence. This part-time role at Staten Island Mall requires a State Guard license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
