Job Summary
Deliver a positive customer experience by consistently demonstrating Tommy John's customer-first selling standards and proactively resolving escalated concerns. Supervise register sales transactions, ensure accurate stock disposition, and prepare rolling inventory while maintaining a neat, clean, and organized sales floor. Lead the retail team in all aspects of store operations, including associate management, merchandise displays, and replenishment needs. Communicate presentation standards to ensure the store remains customer-ready and promote brand awareness through social media channels. Work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays in a Southlake, TX location, lifting up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of proven sales experience in a fashion/retail environment
- at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods of time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift in excess of 30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or higher education preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising, Business or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
