Job Summary
On the sales floor, provide consultative guidance to customers, guide options, and help meet customer needs. Engage with the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Working hours span 9am–9pm with weekend shifts; flexible, evolving schedule with two-week advance seniority-based planning. The role includes uncapped commissions with earnings potential up to the annual target ($62,460) and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, PTO/holidays, parental leave, disability benefits, life insurance, employee discounts, and more. Required Qualifications
