Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing transactions and counting change. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed, support store recovery initiatives, and uphold merchandising philosophy. Participate in safety awareness programs, shrink reduction goals, and accept constructive feedback. Maintain a safe environment and respond appropriately to unexpected situations. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
