Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, assisting with merchandising and store procedures, supporting store recovery and safety, and collaborating with peers and supervisors. Requirements emphasize customer service skills, ability to multitask, flexible scheduling, strong communication, and attention to detail; cross-training in multiple store areas may occur.
