Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Rehire/Referral)

Deliver excellent customer service in a Kohl’s retail setting by greeting customers, assisting with products and services, operating a cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, processing payments, and maintaining POS standards. Meet individual goals related to credit and loyalty programs; support inventory accuracy and training for new hires on POS procedures; participate in daily service processes (register, cash balancing, replenishment) and uphold company policies, safety standards, and a customer-focused culture. Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and the ability to multitask while following brand guidelines and adapting to a flexible schedule. Must be at least 16 years old and available for a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
