Job Summary
Customer-service focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate at Kohl’s in Bassett, VA. Deliver excellent customer service, operate point of sale and handle payments, greet customers, assist with products and services, and ensure accurate cash handling. Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty), support inventory accuracy and training of new hires on POS procedures, participate in daily service processes, and uphold Kohl’s brand standards.
