Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service in a Kohl's sales role at the point of sale, operate a cash register and process payments while guiding customers through products and services. Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty), support inventory accuracy and assist in training new hires on service processes and POS procedures. Participate in daily service activities (register, cash balancing, replenish supplies) and uphold Kohl's brand standards through teamwork, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
