Job Summary
Provide exceptional jewelry consultation by helping clients find the perfect piece through personalized service that exceeds expectations. Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cleaning, visual merchandising, and inventory control to maintain the retail space. Track performance against individual and group KPIs while utilizing provided tools to achieve shared sales objectives. Maintain accurate stock records and support inventory processes for all jewelry items. Requires at least one year of retail experience with personal attention skills and medium-level English proficiency. Flexible hours available Monday through Sunday. Required Qualifications
- Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en retail, trabajando con atención personalizada y con objetivos de venta.
- Nivel de Ingles medio.
- Flexibilidad horaria para trabajar de Lunes a Domingo.
