Job Summary
Greet customers, provide detailed product information, and handle inquiries while utilizing upselling techniques to meet sales targets. Operate POS systems, package pre-orders, and deliver products in-store or via home delivery, ensuring valid identification and registration for medical marijuana transactions. Maintain a clean sales floor, manage inventory, and follow state regulations and HIPAA compliance for patient records. This part-time role requires a Class D (MA) or Class E (FL) driver's license and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be 21 or older with one year of retail experience. Netra and Surterra Wellness markets only.
Required Qualifications
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1 year of experience in retail or a related customer service role
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling transactions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues promptly
- Class D Driver's License (Massachusetts) / Class E Driver's License (Florida)
- Must present a current DMV printout with no major violations (DWI, homicide, reckless driving, drugs, leaving the scene) within the last 7 years
- Must present a current DMV printout with no two or more other moving violations and one at fault accident in the last three years
- Must present a current DMV printout with no two or more fault accidents in the last three years with no moving violations
- Must present a current DMV printout with no more than 3 moving violations or chargeable accidents in the past
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for prolonged periods during the shift
- Ability to assist with lifting stock and materials
- Ability to bend in repetitive motion
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Cannabis industry
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to speak another language to assist guests
