Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Surterra Wellness (Parallel) in Boynton Beach, FL. Provide cannabis product recommendations, discuss therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, and methods of consumption; participate in patient intake and maintain paperwork and patient records; receive, prepare, and complete patient orders using POS; maintain privacy and HIPAA alignment; escalate conflicts to foster patient relationships; ensure store cleanliness and smooth daily operations; demonstrate exceptional customer service and product knowledge, with strong communication and organizational skills; must be available evenings and weekends and meet flexibility requirements; prior retail experience and comfort with computer/office tools are required.
Required Qualifications
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 1 year in Retail or a related industry where customer service is critical
- Constantly operating a computer and other office machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage difficult situations and resolve in a timely and professional manner
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient level
