Job Summary
Engage with customers to educate them on AT&T products and services while guiding them through the buying process. Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards by delivering outstanding customer service and participating in daily marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities. Maintain a clean work environment and collaborate with team members to exceed individual and team targets. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays while standing and walking for prolonged periods.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand and walk around
- Must be able to move about for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects of up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to balance on ladders
- Must be able to stoop, kneeling, crouching
- Must have dexterity
- Must be able to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Must be able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
