Job Summary
In this part-time role, you will support excellent customer service at point of sale and in customer service processes, focusing on operational efficiency. Responsibilities include engaging customers, operating a cash register, executing point of sale standards, supporting inventory accuracy, training new hires, and participating in daily service processes. The role requires strong customer service skills, multi-tasking ability, and flexible availability. No prior retail experience is necessary, although client-facing experience is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally more with assistance.
