Job Summary
Part-Time Kohl's Retail Sales Associate responsible for greeting customers, operating cash register, processing payments, scanning and bagging merchandise, and delivering fast, friendly service. Tasks include meeting individual goals (credit, loyalty), supporting inventory accuracy, assisting in training new hires on POS procedures, and contributing to Kohl’s brand standards while maintaining a customer-service driven environment. The role requires flexible availability, strong communication, multi-tasking, basic math/reading skills, and the ability to work with various payment methods and maintain POS procedures.
Required Qualifications
