Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service in point of sale and customer services processes while focusing on speed and accuracy. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating a cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, handling different payment methods, meeting individual goals, supporting inventory accuracy, training new hires on POS procedures, and participating in daily service processes. Maintain Kohl’s brand standards, demonstrate integrity and teamwork, adapt to changing tasks, and comply with dress code and safety requirements.
