Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, handling multiple payment methods, meeting individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty), supporting inventory accuracy, assisting in training new hires on POS procedures, participating in daily service processes, and adhering to brand standards. Role requires strong customer service, multitasking, attention to detail, basic math and reading skills, effective communication, and flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 16 years of age or older.
