Job Summary
Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Windsor area in Ontario, Canada. Responsibilities include executing merchandising plans, stocking shelves per planogram, setting up monthly features, engaging with store staff and managers, completing store surveys, taking in-store photos, and assisting in training new merchandisers. Requires physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and work daytime/weekday hours with occasional weekends. Needs strong verbal and written communication, time management, tech proficiency (iPad/tablet, Microsoft Office), reliable internet and a computer, and a valid driver’s license with suitable transportation. Territory-based role covering Windsor, Chatham, Leamington, and Amherstburg in Ontario; compensation CAD $19.00 per hour, with a pay range CAD $19–$25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work daytime, weekday hours and occasional weekends based on demands of the business
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, stand, bend, and engage in physical activity as needed to ensure products are properly merchandised
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Tech savvy (iPad/tablet/smartphone/Microsoft Office)
- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer (laptop or desktop) compatible with Microsoft Office/0365 and a smartphone
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of car insurance and a good driving record
- Must live within the parameters of the assigned territory
