Job Summary
The Merchandise Manager drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store environment. Responsibilities include adhering to SOPs and company programs, updating pricing and promotional execution, leading workload planning, managing in-stock optimization (SISO), owning planogram execution, maintaining visual merchandising standards, overseeing backroom and floor organization, managing inventory integrity and POS/promotional signage, executing Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes, and coaching team members. The role requires retail leadership experience and the ability to plan staffing and task execution to meet business needs, with a focus on maintaining store standards, efficiency, and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years retail leadership experience
- Minimum Type of Experience Required 3+ years retail leadership experience
- Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift up to 25-50 pounds, climb ladders, work nights/weekends/early mornings as hours dictate
