Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support business needs through cross-training in multiple store areas, merchandising procedures, and store recovery initiatives. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and store maintenance. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, lifting heavy objects as required. This part-time role at Sierra (TJ Maxx) in New Hartford, NY offers a starting pay of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
