Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Uphold merchandising philosophy, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs while multi-tasking and responding to unexpected situations.
