Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Promote credit and loyalty programs while supporting shrink reduction goals and participating in safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with a starting pay range of $16.90 to $17.40 per hour at a Marshalls store in Ontario, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
