Job Summary
Deliver highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas; follow established merchandise, labor, and loss-prevention standards. Operate point-of-sale to accurately ring purchases/returns, promote credit and loyalty programs, and count change back per procedures. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. Participate in store recovery, safety, cleanliness, and overall store maintenance. Work with peers and supervisors to adapt to changing directions and deliver excellent service.
