Part-Time Retail Merchandise Associate

Delivers highly satisfied customer experiences by engaging and assisting customers, ringing purchases/returns, and promoting credit and loyalty programs. Maintains a clean, organized store environment, supports merchandising and loss-prevention standards, and may be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Follows safety guidelines, participates in store recovery and shrink-reduction initiatives, and upholds company policies while collaborating with teammates and supervisors. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, ability to multitask, flexible schedule, and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
