Job Summary
Lead and manage front-end and service operations at the Fairmont store, driving strong sales results and an engaging customer experience. Oversee adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. Model best-in-class Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors, providing Manager-on-Duty coverage and coaching staff on POS usage, BOPIS fulfillment, and omni-channel service. Champion MCC/Extend services, drive loyalty program enrollment, and oversee the Knit & Sew Shop, Cut Bar, and Custom Framing operations. Train team members through structured onboarding and develop skills across assigned departments while maintaining Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink. This part-time role requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience, with hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years retail leadership experience
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise and fixtures, up to 25-50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to climb ladders or step stools to stock and retrieve products
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, including scanning items, stocking shelves, and operating POS equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions
- Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings
