Job Summary
Assist with the preparation, display, and sale of fresh baked goods by packaging items, stocking cases, and maintaining an attractive presentation. Provide excellent customer service, ensure products are fresh and properly labeled, and follow FDA GMP guidelines for food safety. Safely operate bakery and deli equipment as needed while maintaining cleanliness in compliance with established policies. This role requires weekend and holiday availability for 5-hour shifts from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the United States, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including 8-10 hour shifts, 5 days a week, weekends, and holidays
- Willing and able to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Willing and able to stand for prolonged periods with or without reasonable accommodations
- Willing and able to read documents and labels
- Willing and able to perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
- Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Holidays and weekends availability
