Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases, returns, and change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Maintain organizational cleanliness standards, uphold merchandising philosophy, and accept constructive feedback. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. Work a flexible schedule supporting business needs, with a starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
