Part Time Retail Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Supports store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect while responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Flexible schedule required to support business needs.
