Job Summary
Part-time Retail Associate at Marshalls/TJX: deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean, organized store environment; may be cross-trained across store areas; support loss prevention, merchandising standards, and store recovery; process purchases and returns; promote credit and loyalty programs; follow labor laws and safety policies; collaborate with team to meet store goals and provide excellent service across the TJX family of brands.
