Job Summary
Welcome customers warmly, help shoppers find products, and build authentic relationships that turn visitors into lifelong fans. Restock merchandise, replenish inventory, maintain product displays, and keep the sales floor clean and organized. Work alongside teammates to achieve sales goals, keep the store running smoothly, and jump in wherever the team needs support. This active role requires standing and walking for 6–8 hour shifts, lifting up to 30 pounds, and bending or reaching as needed. Weekend availability is required, including Black Friday and the holiday season.
Required Qualifications
