Job Summary
The Retail Associate assists with achieving operational goals in various roles including Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, and Rack or Cart Runner. Responsibilities include ringing up customer orders, sorting and tagging items, accepting donations, ensuring cleanliness on the sales floor, and packing items for shipment. Candidates do not require a formal degree but should demonstrate capability and relate prior experiences to the position. The role requires ability to handle physical tasks, maintain a clean workspace, and effectively engage with customers.
