Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally. Engage with clients to build relationships and make product and service recommendations while maintaining minimum sales requirements. Multi-task by cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new arrivals upon their arrival. Maintain cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas through dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing. Stand, walk, bend, and lift items or heavy boxes throughout the shift. Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
- Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures
