Job Summary
The Retail Associate assists the store management team by performing various roles such as Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, and Rack or Cart Runner. Responsibilities include ringing up customer orders, sorting products, maintaining cleanliness, accepting donations, packing and shipping items, and ensuring the sales floor is orderly. Qualifications include customer focus, teamwork, ethical behavior, attention to detail, and effective time management.

- Technical Knowledge – familiarity with computers and relevant software including basic computer and Internet navigation skills
