Job Summary
The Retail Associate assists the store management team in reaching operational goals through various roles including Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, and Rack or Cart Runner. Key responsibilities include ringing up customer orders, sorting and managing donations, producing and curating merchandise, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Required competencies include customer focus, teamwork, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge – familiarity with computers and relevant software including basic computer and Internet navigation skills
