Part-Time Retail Associate

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions regarding product features and availability, engaging with shoppers to understand their needs, and making compelling product recommendations. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety by retrieving merchandise from the sales floor or stock room and restocking inventory. Perform all required cash register transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, returns, exchanges, and connecting consumers to the loyalty program. Contribute to store profitability by receiving, handling, and processing incoming and outgoing product flow. This role requires operating Inventory and Point of Sale systems, working in an active environment where you may frequently move items weighing up to 40 lbs, and maintaining a flexible schedule that changes seasonally.
