Job Summary
Welcome customers, help shoppers find products, and build authentic relationships that turn first-time visitors into lifelong fans. Stay up to date on new product launches, restock merchandise, replenish inventory, maintain product displays, and keep the sales floor clean and organized. Achieve sales goals, work alongside teammates, and jump in wherever the team needs you. This active role requires standing and walking for 6–8 hour shifts, lifting up to 30 pounds, and bending or climbing ladders. Weekend availability is required, including Black Friday and the holiday season.
Required Qualifications
