Job Summary
Welcome customers with genuine energy, helping shoppers find products they'll love and building relationships that turn first-time visitors into lifelong fans. Stay current on new launches to confidently guide clients through collections, then maintain the sales floor by restocking merchandise, replenishing inventory, and keeping displays exciting. Keep the environment clean and organized, fixing any issues before they arise, while working alongside teammates to achieve sales goals and support new product introductions. This active role involves standing and walking for 6–8 hour shifts, lifting up to 30 pounds, and bending or climbing ladders as needed. Weekend availability is required, including Black Friday and the holiday season.
