Job Summary
Part-time Retail Assistant for ASICS in Marion. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, educating customers about products and how they help meet goals, and thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Relevant experience in retail sales and footwear is preferred but not required; emphasis on willingness to learn, love for the brand, and an active interest in health and wellbeing. Training starts day 1 with opportunities for growth, discounts, and a positive, diverse workplace. Note: in-store, on-site role with a part-time roster and schedule details provided at interview.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience in a similar customer facing role
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Previous sales experience with the ability to educate our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
- An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
- A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential – more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand
- Flexible availability to cater to a permanent part time set roster
