Job Summary
Rothy’s is seeking a Part-Time Retail Ambassador to provide unparalleled customer service and manage day-to-day customer interactions both in-store and online. This role involves supporting the Retail Manager with operational tasks, maintaining a deep knowledge of Rothy’s products, and fostering connections with customers to elevate brand loyalty. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in retail or hospitality, possess strong people skills, and maintain attention to detail. A commitment to availability for at least 16 hours a week, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality-oriented experience
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Able to comfortably lift 30 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be 18 years of age or older
