Job Summary
Join Rothy’s as a Retail Ambassador to provide exceptional customer experiences across all brand touch points. Responsibilities include engaging with customers in-store and online, supporting operational duties alongside management, and fostering brand connections within the community. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of retail or hospitality experience, exhibit strong communication skills, attention to detail, and be self-motivated. Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality-oriented experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays, minimum 16 hours a week
- Ability to comfortably lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and stand for 95% of the work day
