Job Summary
Deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer by embodying the brand through presentation, communication, and product expertise while driving personal sales and contributing to team goals. Create lasting relationships with customers through strong clienteling practices and model collaborative, team-focused behavior to foster a positive, inclusive store culture. Execute assigned operational responsibilities accurately, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness. Work at least 16 hours per week on peak days (Friday through Sunday plus holidays) or a mix of peak and non-peak days.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, either 3 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) OR 2 Peak Days (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays + Holidays) + 2 Non-Peak Days (Mondays - Thursdays)
- Ability to stand/walk an entire shift
- Ability to lift, push carry or otherwise move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bending, reaching, stretching, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Ability to uphold Rothy's Experience by following our dress code, including wearing Rothy's shoes during every shift
Desired Qualifications
